- Technical Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, implement, and maintainvarious industrial processes such as Electrostatic Powder Coating, Metal Stamping Presses,Metal Coil Shearing and Slitting Equipment .
- Shop Floor Management: Create and coordinate daily/weekly schedule for all shopemployees.
- Continuous Improvement: Initiate and manage continuous improvement plans/projects toincrease efficiency and reduce costs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze statistical process control data to provide guidance for quality and continuous improvement objectives.
- Inventory Management: Control all material incoming/outgoing and perform weeklyphysical inventory.
- Read and Interpret Blueprints: Understand and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints,and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Material Preparation: Cut, shape, and prepare metal materials using tools such as CNCAutoBrake, and manual metal shears
- Assembly: Assemble metal components into finished products such as chimney caps,following precise measurements and assembly drawings.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence tospecifications. Make adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Machine Operation: Operate a variety of machinery and tools, including press brakes, stamping presses, slears, slitters, forklifts, and powder coat ovens.
- Material Preparation: Be proficient and knowledgeable regarding proper packaging offinished goods and be able to load/unload trucks/trailers with sufficient strapping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment as required.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and solve fabrication issues that may arise during themanufacturing process.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including engineers anddesigners, to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement.
- Training: Work with other team members and assist in training them to achieve cross functional abilities for all manufacturing employees.
