Beacon Hill Legal's client, a US based law firm located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking an experienced New York barred attorney with prior funds experience for a one month remote assignment. The attorney will assist in the QC of funds documents that have been pre-identified and tagged in a CLM platform ( this is not a transitional e-discovery document review ). This is a cross the portfolio of a large private funds investment company, who are a client of the law firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience reviewing/editing and drafting fund documents in an investment management funds practice or investment management/private equity company. Candidates applying for this project must be located in New York tri-state area (resume should reflect location).

JOB DETAILS:

State Date: Looking to start asap during the week of September 9th

• Schedule: Must be available to work 40 hours during standard business hours remotely Mon-Fri
• Pay Rate - Project compensates based on experience. The starting rate would be $62/hour
• Duration- anticipated to last 1 month, with the possibility of extending
• Virtual interview with the firm required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Admitted to NY State Bar
• Be located in and working from the NY tri-state area
• Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday), and also have flexibility for possible overtime
• No outside legal work or concurrent employment permitted for the duration of the project
• Must be able to complete an extensive conflict form that asks for client and adverse party information
