Electrician
Job Description
We are seeking candidates with the ability to wire and build panels and motors from prints. You will be responsible for installing these panels and motors at our customers' facilities across central Kentucky. Some PLC knowledge, including the ability to read ladder logic, is preferred. While the ability to program or troubleshoot is not required, it will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
Wire and build panels and motors from prints.
Install panels and motors at customer facilities in central Kentucky.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Perform panel wiring, panel building, and motor control tasks.
Install and troubleshoot PLC systems.
Pull wires and perform conduit bending.
Work with low voltage electrical and electronic systems.
Essential Skills
Experience with panel wiring and building.
Knowledge of motor control.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in electrical and electronics work.
Experience with low voltage systems.
Ability to install and read PLC ladder logic.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Journeyman license.
Experience with PLC design and system installation.

Work Environment
You will work in customer facilities across central Kentucky, dealing with various electrical and electronic systems. The role may involve some travel within the region. Dress code is typically casual, but appropriate for electrical work.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Frankfort, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
