We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in Frankfort, Kentucky. This position is part of our business logistics team and serves as the critical first point of contact for customers, employees, partners, and vendors. Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, employees, partners, and vendors, offering excellent customer service and support.
• Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring all correspondence is directed appropriately and efficiently.
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, directing calls, and maintaining a secure front entry.
• Operate the copy center equipment, completing requests and ensuring all tasks reflect the professional image of the organization.
• Assist in maintaining accurate customer credit records and processing customer credit applications.
• Prepare departmental reports as needed and assist in special projects upon request.
• Coordinate meeting room needs and corporate van usage, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
• Assist with building needs, organizing supplies, and collaborating with other departments as necessary.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of facilities, providing reports on the work of the janitorial staff.
• Manage tasks and projects as assigned by the Business Logistics Administrator and Facilities Administrator.
Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience in answering inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proven data entry capabilities.
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively.
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
