Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for performing preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and robotic troubleshooting in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.

• Perform mechanical troubleshooting, including rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, replacing motors, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, servo motors, chains, sprockets, and cylinders.

• Execute electrical troubleshooting on 480v, 3-phase motors, sensors, VFDs, drives, electrical wiring, control panels, and using multimeters.

• Troubleshoot and repair robotic systems, specifically Fanuc robots.

Essential Skills

• Experience in maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including working with 480v, 3-phase motors, sensors, VFDs, drives, and control panels.

• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Familiarity with robotic systems, particularly Fanuc robots

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $85280.00/yr.
