Job Title: Procurement Site Lead – Specialty Care

As the Procurement Site Lead (PSL) within our Procurement team, you’ll be responsible for the alignment between the site’s compelling business needs (CBNs) and 3rd party spend (direct and indirect) sourcing strategies. The PSL consolidates and prioritizes all 3rd party initiatives for the site, acting as the Procurement Business partner for the Site Leadership Team and the primary contact for the Procurement community. Reporting to the Procurement Cluster Head and part of the GBU Global Procurement team, the PSL relies on Global Category Buyers to support negotiation objectives and ensures the site’s specific needs are met by the group Procurement strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Global Lead Buyers and Category Managers in strategy development and execution for Direct & Indirect procurement.

  • Identify and monitor cost reduction projects, applying Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to deliver savings and value.

  • Align site priorities with GBU 3rd party expenses cost reduction, risk reduction, and sustainability goals.

  • Consolidate business needs and drive new market opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the Critical Material Management Team to reduce site material sourcing risk.

  • Master the site’s spend profile and deliver savings objectives.

  • Integrate 3rd party initiatives into the site’s project roadmap.

  • Ensure the application of global contracts’ Terms & Conditions.

  • Track supplier quality and delivery performance at the site level.

  • Support local stakeholders in resolving major 3rd party issues.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, Engineering, or Business (procurement degree preferred).

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a relevant field.

  • Knowledge of Pharma, Biologics, FMCG, or Bioprocess is a plus.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in facilitating cross-functional teams and supplier relationship management.
