Advocates BH Services Community Liaison in Framingham, Massachusetts

Overview

Salary: $50,000

Establish key relationships with community providers to promote Advocations services and develop collaborative partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a division liaison to external community partners

  • Market BH services, continuously learn about Advocates services and keep abreast of competition

  • Identify new referral sources and build relationships with existing community partners

  • Respond to customer service needs and monitor customer satisfaction

  • Maintain ongoing contact with key referral sources through presentations, meetings, phone calls, mailings and other outreach.

  • Manage a large base of diverse referral sources and understand each referral sources problems and needs

  • Conduct market research, analyze results and develop marketing plans for Advocates services that includes monthly referral goals

  • Has effective communicates skills and can adequately describes Advocates services and successes

  • Confidently provides well prepared presentations on Advocates services

  • Has established pattern of working independently, meeting deadlines and being responsible for actions

  • Possesses data management skills to be able to track, analyze and develop program goals using data

  • Collaborates with Advocates advancement team to ensure services are marketed to the community accurately and consistently

  • Completes internal education to Advocates programs around services offered to increase internal referrals

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Social Services or other related field

  • Superior public speaking skills and ability to conduct meetings and trainings.

  • Must have sensitivity to the needs of the population.

  • Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.

  • Must have excellent presentation skills.

  • Must have strong computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office- PowerPoint and Excel required.

  • High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere.
