Need 3 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag Equipment Operator to work in Foxhome, MN. From: 05/01/2025 - 11/30/2025 Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day, Sat. 8 hrs./day. Hours listed are the anticipated hours to be worked. These hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. A worker can earn bonuses based on performance. Bonuses are based on performance and are at the sole discretion of the employer. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Must Apply By: 08/16/2025 JOB DUTIES: Drives/operates farm machinery, plant, cultivate, spray, fertilize, harvest, store grain crops of corn. Attach farm implements, e.g., plow, disc, drill to tractor, till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tows harvesting equipment, drives/operates self-propelled combine to harvest crops. Performs duties like lubricating, repairing farm machinery and transports produce to elevator or storage area lifting at least 60 lbs. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have 3 months experience; must be able to lift 60lbs.To comply with Federal, State and County regulations must be willing to obtain an appropriate driver's license (class D) within two months of employment. If applicant does have a license, applicant must furnish employer with current drivers abstract showing acceptable driving record. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
