Twining Consulting, Inc., an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company is seeking a Field Supervisor to work based out of our Fountain Valley, CA office. Candidate must be self-starting, be proactive, focus and detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide as needed support to Twining Consulting project management.
• Provide site visits to active project sites.
• Provide safety audits of project sites.
• Provide training to inspection personnel.
• Provide audits of reports preparation and associated content and distribution based on approved protocols.
• Provide support to address project challenges and proactive address future project needs.

Required Competencies:

• Minimum of 10 years of construction industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of inspection industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project supervision in construction experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers, clients, consultants, contractors and potential clients.
