Job Summary

This position contributes to Sunlands success by leading the design and implementation of distribution processes and systems across the customers operation and network. Facility development of processes and systems that are cost-effective and that accommodate growth and generate value for Sunlands customers. Models and acts in accordance with Sunlands core values.

As a General Manager, you will.

• Manage day to day operations metrics compliance and escalation of service opportunities.
• Lead and develop continuous improvement ideas.
• Assist in building annual financial plan.
• Work cross-functionally with the VP Operations and other Sunland leaders to develop best practices and operational opportunities.
• Inspire and influence other to achieve results.

• Plans and communicates strategic initiatives for the team.
• Plans and manages facility processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives.
• Prepares, communicates and educates your team on changes in policies and practices within the Sunland.
