ManpowerGroup Project Manager in Foster City, California

Our client, a pioneer in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Supply Chain Organization supporting the Power, Infrastructure, Plant, Equipment & Services (PIPES) team . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $48-$50/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Manage the Supplier Onboarding process into ERP systems

  • Manage incoming requisitions and issue RFQs for charging infrastructure

  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues with POs and invoices

  • Develop and execute asset allocation processes in coordination with cross-functional teams

  • Attend and coordinate meetings; report updates and manage action items

What’s Needed?

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement and project management operations

  • Knowledge of ERP systems

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholder

  • Organizational skills to manage and track transactional details
