ManpowerGroup Internal Communications Manager in Foster City, California

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicles, is seeking an Employee Communications Manager to join their team. As an Employee Communications Manager, you will be part of the Employee Communications and Engagement team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Employee Communications Manager

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $55-60/h + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Support employee communication plans for multiple organizations at the client

  • Assist in managing the Weekly All Hands and Triannual All Hands meetings

  • Enhance and manage core communication channels for effective engagement

  • Drive impactful communications that inform and engage our crew

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in communications

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in employee communications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong project management experience

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
