Role Overview

As an Operations Manager at Sodexo with the Good Eating Company you’ll be at the forefront of curating upscale hospitality experiences that delight our discerning clientele. We seek a leader with a proven commitment to innovation, teamwork, and collaboration to help us achieve our vision. The Operations Manager will report to the District Manager and support Micro Kitchens and our Pantries with a focus on excellent customer experience.

In the places where people care about food, we create culinary experiences worth discovering and sharing. We bring the food people love to the places they work, making corporate dining simply delicious.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
