Prevost is seeking a Zero Emission Vehicle Project Manager to drive our ambitious zero emissions program. This position will report the Vice President of Commercial Sales and lead the development and implementation of electric & hydrogen fuel and corresponding infrastructure, cultivate sources of funding for initiatives, develop aggressive sales strategies and expand the zero emissions program.

This position requires knowledge of zero emission vehicles, combustion engines, heavy duty vehicles with emphasis of buses, a passion for sales and the ability to work in a cross functional environment.

This position is remote and will require extensive travel within the U.S. and Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Researches and applies to relevant public and private funding opportunities.

• Expanding existing Zero Emission strategies and programs that will advance Prevost’s position in the market.

• Develop and implement sales strategies in existing markets and expansion into new markets.

• Support project management team with focus on key parameters (quality, delivery, cost, and features) according to set targets.

• Maintains up to date on ZEV/BEV industry trends and forecasts.

• Collects and analyzes data to inform strategy, marketing, and production needs.

• Conducts research, surveys and analyzes market data to inform the continued evolution of the program.

• Build collaborative working relationships within Volvo and Prevost.

• Developing relationships with Bus and/or Truck Associations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, sales & marketing, zero emission vehicles product experience and/or (10) years of experience.

• Passionate about the future of Sustainable Transportation and driven to develop, promote, sales and support sustainable solutions.

• Experience with Hydrogen Fuel / BEV and infrastructure.

• Experience in Sales with heavy-duty vehicles/buses.

• Experience with researching and applying for government funding.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and others software as assigned.

• Valid U.S. or Canadian Driver’s License (CDL preferred) & Passport.

• Excellent verbal communication skills required to interact, frequently and on a large scale, with industry professionals at seminars, events or conferences.

• Bilingual in English/French is a plus. Written and verbal fluency in foreign language.
