THE WORK

The RMS F-35 Global Supply Chain & Depot Operations team is looking for a Logistics Analyst to support Non-Air Vehicle repair & warehouse operations on the following product lines:

Support Equipment (SE)

Training (TE)

Pilot Flight Equipment (PFE)

Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)

This position will help to ensure world-class support is provided by F-35 Sustainment Support group to their respective systems. The responsibilities will include integration efforts surrounding all Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Review, Inspection Requests, Property Management Functions. This position will work side by side with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Supply Chain Management and the designated third party logistics provider in support of the F-35 Global Spares Pool and Site Activation Projects. Must have a sense of urgency and attention to detail to accomplish task in a timely and efficient manner.Must be able to multi-task and be able to adapt to dynamic environment in a sustainment operations field.

This position will help to ensure world-class support is provided by F-35 Sustainment Support group to their respective systems. The responsibilities will include maintaining repair reports, coordinating between repair and warehouse team members to support return logistics operations, performing inventory stock checks, material inspections, initiating stock transfer orders and movements of material and repairs between various F-35 locations.

Basic Qualifications:

Candidate must be able to obtain & maintain a secret security clearance. U. S. Citizenship required.

Working knowledge and experience with warehouse operations.

Customer service oriented.

Capable of working as team to gather and analyze data and to accomplish complex tasks.

Desired Skills:

Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, and other Microsoft applications.

F-35 Support Equipment maintenance experience.

Knowledge of repair and calibration processes

Basic mechanic skills to conduct inspections and perform light maintenance on support equipment.

Understanding of Supply Chain concepts, procurement, MRP/ERP, transportation, shipping, or business processes/concepts.

Background in operational level aircraft maintenance, Beyond Unit Level Repair (Vendor/Depot)

Working knowledge and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools such has SAP.

Familiarization with Data Management Solutions and Analytics.

Experience supporting international customers, Foreign Military customers and international vendors.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
