Supply Chain - Project Management - Integrator

What You Will Be Doing

As a liaison between engineering, Program Management, Change Integration, and the GSC, this role involves attending and reviewing various CR boards to identify critical Major CRs or related actions. Candidate is accountable for GSC Step 160 actions and sign-off, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and timely.​

Candidate will develop solutions for a range of CR problems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Candidate's responsibility includes evaluating risks related to excess/stock positions for CR parts and working with the Deputy Office team to mitigate potential risks, ensuring program success. Additionally, the candidate will review Engineering Part Number Releases for GSC supportability and potential risk, ensuring new parts are fully supported. Candidate will provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding Major Changes, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged in the decision-making process.

AeroSCM

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university

- Experience collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas

- Familiarity with Program Data Management (PDM) - Engineering & SAP Experience

- Experience identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks, issues, and opportunities

- Experience compiling and analyzing complex data and providing data-driven recommendations

- Experience with continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies

Desired Skills:

- Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer

- Advanced Excel experience to include, pivot tables, macros,

- Experience multi-tasking responsibilities, with appropriate follow-through

- Experience with Risk Management and development of mitigation plans with Suppliers, Supplier Performance Teams, and Internal Customers

- Experience working under tight time constraints with a sense of urgency

- Strong organization and communication experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
