RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Coordinator will m anage two teams who are the primary point of communication between Deluxe's Partner Channel Sales Reps and internal departments. You will represent the front line of Deluxe's mission to offer innovative solutions and exceptional service to help their business grow.

  • Responsible for client satisfaction and overall management of the client relationship within operations

  • Monitor call queues, call volume, and other metrics

  • Analyze results and analyzes trends

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of applicable products, services, onboarding process, company policies and procedures

  • Perform regression testing for client-facing and operation applications to ensure changes made by programmers are correct

  • Responsible for department policies, procedures, and standards as it relates to customers, agents, and employees

  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel

  • Develop and liaise with ISO, agent banks, operational resources, and clients

  • Assist with escalated issues within internal portal and testing internal portals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business or a related field

  • 2 years of experience with client-focused people management, or related experience

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (desired but not required)

  • 1 year of people management

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to process a high volume of information and channel it to the appropriate destination

  • Ability to lead a team externally (regarding merchants, for resolution/completion of project/installation)
