Lockheed Martin Subcontract Program Manager - Level 5 in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategic Sourcing team is seeking a full-time Subcontract Program Manager. As a member of the Strategic Sourcing team, this individual would be responsible to serve as the liaison and primary integrator to GSC and internal/external stakeholders, including executives and Corporate. Supports market development and assessment activities. Through cross functional engagements, the individual seeks to understand potential customer needs, intent, and expectations as well as applicable USG and international laws and regulations. Identifies, develops, and recommends strategies that align to subcontract/buy requirements for compliancy and maintains subcontract program and/or country portfolios. Shapes subcontract programs, coordinates subcontract scope with procurement teams, supports subcontract program standup, and collaborates with other functional personnel to ensure successful strategy execution. Coordinates and monitors GSC activities during implementation/standup and execution phases of subcontract program, including tracking performance. Builds and maintains internal and external stakeholder and customer relationships.

A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, or university

Experience in Capture and Bid/Proposal processes for international programs

Supply chain management and value stream experience

Demonstrated experience with Root Cause Corrective Action analysis and Risk/Issue/Opportunity identification and documentation

Experience with developing and executing business strategies

Demonstrated Project Management skills

Experience in Change Management

Understanding of US Gov Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)

Desired Skills:

Experience in problem solving skills

Experience in International Procurement and/or Sourcing

Experience in Program Management or Subcontract Program Management and leading cross functional teams

Experience presenting to senior leadership, executives, and high-ranking government officials

Experience in business case development and analysis

Experience in strategy development and change management

Business and technical acumen

Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
