This position is responsible for the budget management of Production Control's overhead supplies across the Aeronautics sites.

Employee will act as a liaison with Finance, Supply Chain Accounting, Production and Fabrication departments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Development of budget baselines, estimates at completion, the establishment and maintenance of performance measurements for the Enterprise teams.

• Coordinate with cross-functional key stakeholders and team members to communicate variances to the plan, root cause corrective actions, and identifying additional cost reduction opportunities.

• Identify necessary cost drivers are also incorporated within the budget plan.

• Directly supports the senior leadership of the enterprise organization.

• Develop and own monthly cost performance metrics and regularly communicate to various levels of leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• Budget management and / or project management experience

• Proficient understanding of cost metrics, reports, processes, data structures

• Experience in data manipulation, creating, maintaining and reporting metrics

• Experience in problem solving and corrective actions

• Proficient in SAP, as well as, MS Office products Excel and PowerPoint

Desired Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong presentation experience

• Prior CAM or Cost Integrator responsibilities

• Overhead budget management experience

• Supply Chain or Finance experience

• Experience managing and analyzing large amounts of cost and schedule data

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
