Description

This role involves duties necessary for indexing and imaging bills, invoices, and statements to a centralized AP environment. This role is central to the operations of our company, working closely with various corporate departments and field operation units.

Key responsibilities include:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Ensure all transactions are handled in accordance with Company Accounting Policies & Procedures

• Assist in resolving vendor inquiries

• Support coordination of Accounts Payable transactions across the company

• Index key data fields to prepare invoices for processing

• Manage Vendor Relationships effectively

• Utilize MS Excel and other computer applications for data entry and record keeping

• Maintain Vendor Files with high attention to detail

• Work proactively to solve problems and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Indexing

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Knowledge of Batching

• Skilled in Entering Vendor Invoices

• Ability to Maintain Vendor Files

• Experience in Managing Vendor Relationships

• Proficiency in Data Entry - Numeric

• Advanced skills in MS Excel
