Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic industrial manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair on various industrial equipment including shears, presses, rollers, and punches. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to rebuild motors and an understanding of hydraulics, measuring tools, and gear boxes.

Hard Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing

  • Electrical troubleshooting

  • Mechanical aptitude in hydraulics, gear boxes, and motor rebuilding

  • Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers

  • Experience with industrial maintenance on shears, presses, rollers, punches

Soft Skills

  • Problem-solving ability

  • Attention to detail

  • Adaptability to work environment conditions

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 180 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fort Worth, Texas.

Work Environment

Industrial Manufacturing facility - hot and cold depending on the weather. Dirty environment, may need to change clothes at end of the day.
