RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will manage a team that is responsible for providing outstanding support for our integrated partners who have built an integration for our newly released Deluxe Payment Platform. This team is responsible for assisting these unique partners with the application creations, operational setup for each unique integration by partner, as well as post implementation support. This team is trained to support both external and internal partners.

  • Supervise and participate in the day-to-day activities of the ISV (Integrated Software Vendor) Partner Support department.

  • Troubleshoot both operational and gateway configurations

  • Support and understand the integrated partners setup post implementation

  • Monitor work inboxes and adjust workforce, as needed

  • Act as point of contact for internal escalations, external escalations, and customer retention

  • Manage team responsible for creating new applications, forms, and blaze/application links

  • Manage team responsible for assisting partner with maintenance items and integration support

  • Handle escalated or high priority issues and drive to resolution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education | Experience: Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3 years of relevant experience; OR or HS/GED AND 7 years relevant experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferably in a technical field with training and installations

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education | Experience: Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3 years relevant experience

  • Experience in technical field and installations

  • Advanced Technical skills

  • Highly skilled in troubleshooting issues for resolution
