As an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) you will join the Classified Cyber Security Team supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs to ensure classified information systems meet cyber security requirements and government directives.

• Interpret the Risk Management Framework

(RMF) to implement cyber security measures

for standalone, local area, and wide area

networks.

• Develop system documentation for information

system authorization, security management,

and provide continuous monitoring of classified

systems.

• Perform system auditing, vulnerability risk

assessments, Assured File Transfers,

hardware/software configuration

management, data integrity containments and

investigations on IA related security

violations/incidents.

• Perform other associated duties as required.

A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience identifying requirements and requirement verification and validation

Experience with creating, understanding, and updating system designs and architecture

Experience with operating systems and networks

Experience implementing NIST SP 800-53 or similar security controls

Compliance with DoD 8140.03 through a certification or education qualification path

Final Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills:

Experience with Risk Managed Framework (RMF) or Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM) requirements.

Experience with complex operating systems and networks such as data centers, and cloud environments, cross-domain solutions, and NSA Type 1/Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) encryption solutions.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
