Lockheed Martin Field Sales Support Systems Engineer - Level 3 in Fort Worth, Texas

This position requires a multi-discipline Mission Systems Engineering to perform problem analysis & disposition and in-house technical support for the F-35 Mission Systems. Prefer working knowledge/experience of F-35 Mission Systems, and Crypto Systems (Applicants will be required to accomplish in-depth analysis of System difficulties on all proposed and pending engineering changes for assigned systems and monitor systems performance indicators to identify emerging failure trends.) Ensure customer service and time objectives for Action Requests (ARs) are met. Coordinate required vendor and engineering support during investigation, fact finding, and resolution/disposition. Must be able to effectively utilize technical and engineering data to perform problem analysis at the subsystem level. Track and status problems and input updates to the Problem Reporting and Resolution System. Support aircraft post delivery support efforts. Provide on-site support as requested by customer, site manager or program management. Support program technical interchange meetings and program plans development relating to problem analysis & disposition and in-house technical support.

Prefer prior experience on fighter aircraft. Candidate must be able to work effectively within an Integrated Project Team (IPT) and Team environment, and develop and present technical presentations. Must be knowledgeable on base level fighter aircraft support operations and contractor logistics support operations. Must have logistics support experience; experience in contractor support roles and responsibilities as it relates to in-house & on-site field support/service.

F-35 Sustaining Engineering is a 24/7/365 operation, and the candidate will be required to work different shifts and days as needed. Shifts will include first, second, and third. Work days will include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with technical writing

Experience with Drawing and Schematic reading/interpretation, troubleshooting

Military Aircraft Maintenance Experience

Experience with MS Office applications

Desired Skills:

Database creation and maintenance

Python or pearl software experience

Cost account manager (CAM)

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
