Lockheed Martin Facility Protection Associate Manager - Level 4 in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: The Facility Protection Associate Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversight of Security Force day to day operation; to include Flight line, Security Control Center and daily security activities.

Develop Security Forces posting staffing for daily operations, executive level events, and increased Force Protection Conditions.

Shift training requirements for the Security Force.

Develop and implement emergency drills to exercise the Security Force and conduct After Action Reviews.

Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and call lists are updated and current.

Review physical security risk assessments and vulnerability analysis to identify needed policies, procedures, and resources to detect, control and mitigate identified risk.

Budget preparation, projections, and analysis.

Oversee control of expenditures for the Department.

Maintain inventory of serviceable security equipment to include computers, weapons and patrol vehicles.

Coordinate with customers, vendors, and external contacts as required. Provide subject matter expert advice to senior leaders for physical security capabilities.

MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.

A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of security supervisory or leadership experience in a similar field

Experience with alarm (UL) and access control systems, dispatch systems, radio systems and dispatch operations.

Desired Skills:

Bachelor Degree

Civilian Law Enforcement and/or Military Police experience

Formal Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
