Electrical CAD Technician needed in Fort Worth Texas for a leading Engineering and Construction firm. This is a great entry level opportunity to learn the ropes in a fast paced, exciting team. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of professional experience working with AutoCAD and/or Microstation. This is an in office position. 9/80 schedule available!

responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing drawings and revising existing engineering drawings of basic components from specific sketches or layouts.

• Assist with preparing and revising permit & plot drawings.

• Responsible for adhering to company and client drafting standards and procedures.

• Responsible for adhering to the drafting practices of selected discipline.

• Assist in drafting design and documentation for various projects.

• Assist with tasks utilizing standard drafting detail programs.

• Assist in continuous drafting detail improvement efforts.

• Research solutions to project concerns and recommend solutions to design problems.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Complies with all policies and standards.
