Description: Aero IT Operations & Support Domain Architect. sets the overall technology direction of the Operations experience, by building and maintaining a future-state blueprint of product architecture (Technology Roadmap), and sponsoring innovation. Collaborate with the Operations and Enterprise Performance Functions in order to understand business needs and objectives. Ensure the solutions support all LOBs and satisfy business direction. Define overarching technical guidance for Experience and coordinate definition of architecture across all Experience teams. Work with Chief Architect to ensure solutions align with overall architecture and guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:

- Expertise across a number of architectural capabilities (e.g., data, infrastructure, integration, security)

- Understanding of modern technology frameworks (Cloud, Container, SOA, etc…)

- Knowledge of Operations function (Production, Supply Chain, Quality)

- Knowledge of the Enterprise Performance Function (Program Management, Finance, Contracts)

- Ability to perform cost/benefit analysis

- Experience Working in teams in a Fast Paced Dynamic Environment

- Strategic mindset and “big-picture” view to ensure overall cohesive environment and cross-product architectural alignment

- Exceptional written, oral, electronic, and public communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
