Lockheed Martin Delivery and Sustainment Quality Senior (Level 3) in Fort Worth, Texas

The mission of the Sustainment Quality Functional Group within Quality & Mission Success (Q&MS) is to assure adherence and efficiency of Sustainment products and services; develop/sustain standard practices across programs; build value through commonality and a preventive approach; drive Continuous Process Improvement; build Customer Intimacy.

These objectives are attained by empowered teammates who enable consistent application of standard processes and procedures to reduce cost, while engaging counterparts in the exciting Sustainment business area. All the while, the team ensures continuous and open communication with both internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will:

- Coordinate the scheduling of DD250 presentations across enterprise, and assist with resolving customer concerns.

- Provide training for Quality Control records review process, ensuring LM Aeronautics’ ability to deliver right first time DD250s.

- Develop standard training methods and content on the non-air vehicle DD250 processes.

- Assist in capturing data and driving process improvements.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

Basic Qualifications:

- Product and Records/Documentation review experience

- Quality Assurance/Control experience

- Working knowledge of contract documentation

- DD250 process experience

- Skills in supporting Customer requirements and scheduling product acceptance

Desired Skills:

- SAP experience

- Root Cause & Corrective Action experience

- Prior experience assuring adherence to contractual requirements

- Prior experience working in Wide Area Workflow

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
