Bell, a pioneer in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Cyber Security Model Based Systems Engineer to join our world-class engineering team. We are at the forefront of creating the future of Army Aviation through our Future Vertical Lift program, and we need innovative and dedicated engineers to help us achieve this vision.
As a Cyber Security Model Based Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and modeling of cyber security requirements for the Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program. This program is set to revolutionize the United States Army's tactical capabilities, replacing the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters with our advanced FLRAA aircraft.
This role is located on site in Fort Worth, TX. Key Responsibilities
Interpret engineering drawings from 3DX and other sources and translate into and a SysML based design utilizing MagicDraw/Cameo.
Develop cyber metamodels related to design and create attributes utilized in verification.
Develop system functional requirements from stakeholder expectations.
Allocate requirements to sub-systems/hardware/software components.
Validate and verify system requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve system integration/verification issues.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute project/design plans and reviews.
Develop and execute test cases and procedures to verify the system under test.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on project planning, conducting reviews, metrics development/tracking, forecasting, development processes, and risk and opportunity management.
Mentor and train team members on application of SysML techniques and skills.

! Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering ORother related Bachelor's degrees may be considered with MBSE experience Position Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in designing and implementing MBSE structures.
Proficiency with MBSE tools (eg EA Sparx, IBM Rhapsody, Cameo, Magic Draw, STIX) and CM tools (eg SVN, Clearcase, git, Dimensions, etc).
Familiarity with DoD aerospace engineering processes including requirements definition, requirements allocation, requirements validation, requirements verification, integration, software, FAA/EASA/DoD certification, and system safety.
Able to communicate directly with senior leadership and externally with USG customer and suppliers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Very collaborative mindset interacting with other engineering product teams
Must be able to gain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance #CJ
