Lockheed Martin Control Account Manager Sr. (Cost/Scheduler) - Level 3 in Fort Worth, Texas

The Control Account Manager will serve as a project manager supporting the F-22 Communications Team in Fort Worth, TX. The selected candidate will be responsible for project management tasks related to budget and scheduling for all team labor and material control accounts. As part of the role, the selected candidate will be involved in Not To Exceed estimates, Firm Fixed Price proposals, Basis Of Estimate (BOEs) proposal development, tasks planning, budget spread and alignment, program baseline activities, EV status, variance explanations, and staffing support for the team. The candidate will be required to provide monthly status reports. Specific responsibilities associated with this position will include coordination with the Cost / Schedule Integrator and other applicable stakeholders to process baseline change requests (BCRs / BLCRs / Workflows), maintain the integrity of the control account budget baseline, establish and distribute cost segregation guidelines to track authorized tasks, analysis of affected control accounts, development of variance analysis, analysis/review/updates of Estimates at Complete (EACs/ETC). The position requires strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage all aspects of system/subsystem EVMS tasks, requiring collaboration with multiple teams as well as status reporting to leadership and program personnel. Individual must be self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic.

The selected candidate must have an active secret clearance or above.

A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Business/Finance or STEM related degree

- Project management experience

- Previous experience as a CAM or Cost/Scheduler

Desired Skills:

Hands-on familiarity with LM Aero EV metrics reports and data structures. Good communication skills - ability to effectively communicate both written and orally.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
