System Administrator Intern Location: Fort Wayne, IN Level: Intern Division / Department: IT Technology SecOps Reporting to position: Manager of Systems Administration

Summer 2025 - 90 day internship

About the Role: The Systems Administrator Intern provides basic and advanced software support on corporately owned systems. This individual provides setup, configuration, monitoring, and remediation of reported problems including diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding of users.

  • Assist with technical troubleshooting of hardware/software issue.

  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.

  • Provide other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.

  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.

  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.

  • Assist Senior Systems Administrators with systems/networking projects as neededEducation and Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in a technical degree program

  • Tech courses / certifications / training 1-3 yrs experience
