Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Payroll Specialist to become part of our team. The successful candidate will be immersed in the finance industry, located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role entails managing customer applications with precision, keeping accurate customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. The Payroll Specialist will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately handle customer credit applications

• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate

• Prepare and analyze reports on production-based payroll for medical staff

• Assist in providing budgetary information concerning staff and detail-oriented wages

• Aid in maintaining precise payroll-related taxes and tax filings

• Collaborate with third-party payroll vendors to resolve any payroll tax concerns

• Create and present spreadsheet analysis and graphs as needed

• Assist in various accounting audits throughout the year

• Review end-of-the-month accounting concerning wages and taxes

• Undertake other projects as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with various Accounting Functions is mandatory

• Possess strong skills in Auditing

• Ability to handle Benefit Functions effectively

• Must have experience in using UKG Pro

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
