Description and Requirements Maximus is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Outreach Specialist to support our Indiana Fatherhood Project in Fort Wayne, IN. As a key advocate for this initiative, you'll play a crucial role in empowering fathers and making a meaningful impact in the community.

This is a full-time hybrid remote position, requiring some onsite work. Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Conduct regular one-on-one or group training sessions for existing providers, necessitating travel. * Attend and actively participate in recruitment events to attract new providers to the program. * Handle escalated provider issues efficiently and effectively. * Address urgent concerns related to high visibility providers, ensuring swift resolutions. * Offer ongoing support to designated providers as assigned. * Collaborate with client, fellow contractors, and stakeholders to communicate and implement - operational policy changes. * Stay updated on project details and changes. * Extensive travel is an inherent part of the role. * Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management.

Minimum Requirements * High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Must reside in or near Fort Wayne, IN, and be willing and able to work onsite as needed * Reliable transportation for local travel as needed * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Community outreach experience is a plus * Excellent communication and motivational skills * Experience in similar roles or industries is a required

Home office requirements: * Reliable high-speed internet service * Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity * Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
