Member Education Intern Location: Fort Wayne, IN Level: Intern Division / Department: Marketing/Ecommerce Reporting to position: Member Ed & Special Events Manager Summer 2025 - 90 day internship

About the Role:

The Member Education Intern will focus on training and event management. After learning about our programs and processes, they will have the opportunity to build an online course, write a marketing plan, and support the event planning process for our in-person programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify marketing opportunities to promote training programs

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential speakers for training sessions

• Identify opportunities for member training and development

• Review and edit training content

• Develop and implement online training modules

• Uphold established writing and visual brand standards in all training materials

• Support the event planning process

Education and Experience:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, organizational leadership, instructional design, or a related field

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in collaborative settings

• Ability to lead projects
