Insight Global Engineer Project Manager in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania

Job Description

Our Consumer Client is seeking an Engineer Project Manager to plan, manage, and coordinate plant projects revolved around Technical Transfers while sitting in their Fort Washington location. This individual will identify and implement process improvements related to customer service, safety, environmental, quality, compliance, productivity, people development and cost. The Project Manager will own and drive change controls in order to implement process improvements as well as support capital projects, site wide initiatives or other projects as needed in the capacity of a project manager or a project team member. They will manage site project portfolio and provide input for strategic business planning as well as facilitate site project review meetings to ensure projects are on schedule. The PM will support New Product Introductions and the Technical Transfer process. They will identify necessary document changes (SOP's and batch records) and revise as needed for projects, Events, and CAPA's in a timely manner.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years manufacturing experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Scientific, or Mathematical related field

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience - GMP experience

  • PMP, FPX, or equivalent certification

  • Packaging experience null
