AON D2C Sales Advisor - Inside Sales in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania

Aon is hiring for a D2C Sales Advisor (Inside Sales), in our Fort Washington, PA office.

What the day will look like:

  • Meets personal and team sales targets as established, focusing on small to mid-size accounts which are stable in nature within identified markets

  • Contacts assigned healthcare prospects to sell multiple product units by nature of clients

  • Reviews client's business and financial data to determine whether products meet the client's needs and circumstances

  • Negotiate terms with internal and external underwriting staff

  • Prepares sales presentations, contract and proposals subject to review by manager

  • Received periodic coaching from manager or more experience professionals

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Property & Casualty license preferred, or to be obtained within 90 days of start date

  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry

  • Excellent written and verbal skillsWorks well in a team environment

  • Embraces technology improvements to help you think outside of the box

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
