AON Client Service Specialist in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania

Aon is looking for a Client Service Specialist

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our Commercial Solutions team. This is a remote opportunity!

Your impact as a Client Service Specialist

As a Client Service Specialist, you will be supporting Account Executives on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients including servicing new and renewal business. This role will support our Affinity Commercial Solutions business.

What your day will look like

  • Assist with gathering information from prospects in order to identify their insurance needs.

  • Review submissions for accuracy before forwarding to the Account Executive.

  • Assist sales with renewal solicitations within targeted timelines

  • Manage daily phone coverage to achieve department standards

  • Provide continued client servicing to include binders, mid-term endorsements, certificates of insurance, policy renewals, etc.

  • Receives and handles routine and sophisticated coverage inquiries and endorsement requests.

  • Assist with maintenance of billing and Premium Financing Terms

  • Primary collaborator with Premium Accounting on client billing matters.

  • Monitors and follows up on invoice generation, receivables, and collections. Addresses and resolves problems.

  • Advise and assist clients on making claims on their policies

  • Maintain insured files and clearly and appropriately document account to ensure adherence to Program standards

  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to process efficiency

  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, partners, and internal team

  • May participate in special projects as assigned, such as training or communication sessions within or outside of the company.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

    Experience and Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience is preferred.

  • 3-5 years of Property & Casualty insurance, risk management or brokerage experience.

  • Property & Casualty License preferred or must be able to obtain within 6 months of hire date

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products

    Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

  • Customer service experience

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills

  • Small Commercial Insurance experience a plus

  • Manages daily work within established guidelines and receives general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

  • Ability to multi-task and handle high-paced environment.

    Pay Transparency Laws:

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location
