DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Classification: Sales - Sales

The PRT Reimbursement Team is responsible for administering all aspects of PRT contracts that include a reimbursement arrangement, whereby the contract holder or a paying agent for the contract holder makes payments directly to payees on Prudential's behalf. Each month, Prudential reimburses the client or paying agent for the total amount of the benefits paid.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

What you can expect: * Communicating with our clients in a professional manner, both verbal and written * Assisting the Reimbursement Claims team with researching long outstanding issues and bringing them to resolution * Identifying trends in client issues and working closely with the team and the client to resolve them * Managing reporting and other related contractual obligations that exist under certain reimbursement contracts (for example, participating and Buy In contracts) * Assisting with annual reconciliations as well as other control activities to ensure that the team's processes are risk smart * Finding ways to create an efficient, accurate, and seamless experience for the client * Participating in ad hoc projects as needed

What you'll need: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * Minimum of 3 years of financial services and / or insurance experience preferred * Above average Excel skills * Customer-focused, self-motivated individual who displays passion and commitment to provide exceptional client service * Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work as a team member as well as independently * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Experience in building strong relationships * Detail-oriented, with impeccable organization, time management, and problem-solving skills * Be able to work in a hybrid/remote environment and have reliable internet service

Note: Prudential is required by state spec fic laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $83,400.00 to $124,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
