Job Description:

The A&P Mechanic will be responsible for the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of the complete spectrum of mechanical systems and proprietary communication systems on multi-engine jet aircraft. Operates in a time sensitive environment. Perform duties to include scheduling of maintenance personnel, aircraft maintenance requirements, some knowledge of CAMP Consolidate Aircraft Maintenance Programs

Essential Functions:

  • Position will include lifting, bending, and climbing.

  • Must be highly skilled, with a high degree of interpersonal communication skills.

  • Position requires daily interface with customers at numerous levels.

  • Position will require travel CONUS and OCONUS

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

  • Active Secret (or greater) security clearance

  • Current A&P License (Airframe and Powerplant)

  • Ability to pass FAA Class III medical exam

  • Minimum 1 year experience in flight status experience

  • Ability to pass FAA Class III flight physical

  • Ability to complete altitude chamber training

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of operational procedures, inspection requirements, troubleshooting, and maintenance techniques of aircraft communications/navigation and some ancillary electronics systems

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to use a wide variety of technical data from OEM manuals to engineering drawings

  • Boeing and/or Gulfstream experience a strong plus
