Robert Half HR Partner in Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Partner to join our team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This role is crucial to our operations as it involves overseeing all areas of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management, and maintaining strong relationships with various internal teams. The HR Partner will also be responsible for resolving complex employee relations issues and ensuring the smooth administration of employee benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, facilitating day-to-day interactions with employees.

• Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations for resolving complex employee relations issues.

• Execute comprehensive onboarding processes for new hires, which includes orientation, review of the employee handbook, benefits overview, and maintaining new hire files.

• Collaborate with the internal payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payment for all employees.

• Work closely with the safety team to promote a culture of workplace safety through the administration of workers compensation, light duty programs, and injury tracking.

• Maintain a strong and informed working relationship with labor unions in the assigned territory, if applicable.

• Guide the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, claims, terminations, and issue resolution, in collaboration with providers and PEO.

• Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, coaching, and counseling managers and employees.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company HR policies.

• Leverage skills in Employee Relations, Conduct Investigations, HR Compliance, HR Policy, and Talent Acquisition to perform duties effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in Employee Relations

• Ability to Conduct Investigations in a professional manner

• Proficiency in HR Compliance and relevant legal regulations

• Solid understanding of HR Policy development and implementation

• Experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategies

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in using HR software and databases

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Relevant HR certifications would be an advantage

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
