Description of Duties:
Shift Need:
Saturday and Sunday Nights 8:00 pm-8:00 am; Two Weeknights 12:00 am-8:00 am
The individual in this role will serve as a Direct Service Provider of the Residential Treatment Facility. Direct Support Staff will maintain the safety and security of residents and staff on assigned shift. Staff will respond promptly and professionally to emergencies. Staff will monitor residents and their childrens activities. Staff is responsible for making sure residents adhere to their daily schedules. Transporting individuals served is a requirement.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Valid unrestricted Georgia Drivers License, CPR and First Aid Certification. Experience working with individuals with Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Disorders. Must be computer literate.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field.
