PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Employee must scrub and/or mob floors as needed. This includes inspecting equipment, filling out inspection sheet, operating scrubber and hand mopping areas.

• Employee must sweep. This includes inspecting equipment, filling out inspection sheet, operating sweeper and sweeping floors. Worker has some variety in job and is expected to exercise some discretion in applying variation of standard methods to the work.

• Employee must ensure no cobwebs accumulate in work area. This includes inspecting equipment, filling out inspection sheet, operating scissor lift and cobwebbing the ceiling.

• Employee must operate forklift. This includes inspecting equipment, filling out inspection sheet and emptying trash bins.

• Employee must ensure a clean work area, empty trashcans and pick up debris.

• REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: Requires the ability to speak, read and write English and understand simple written instructions. Must be able to write simple symbols, code numbers and names. A High School Diploma or GED Certificate is preferred.Employee must support and comply with all Nestlé programs and policies, including, affirmative action goals and commitments, SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) strategies, corporate citizenship initiatives, NCE (Nestle Continuous Excellence), TPM (Total Performance Management), GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Safety Policies to ensure employee safety and product quality. Employee must meet all requirements related to NQMS (Nestle Quality Management System) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards for Quality, Food Safety, Environmental Compliance and Occupational Health and Safety.
