Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Schedule: Monday- Thursday 2:00pm-12:30 AM

Pay Rate: $17/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing, maintaining, and ramping up manufacturing equipment.

• Collecting, recording, and analyzing production data.

• Performing repairs and retesting on products and manufacturing systems.

• Operating and overseeing machine control systems.

• Troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing-related challenges.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing principles, procedures, and workflows.

• Completion of a two-year vocational training program preferred.

• Up to one year of relevant manufacturing experience .

• Ability to operate specialized machines and equipment efficiently.

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting production data and optimizing performance.
