As a Human Resources Professional, you will be part of the HR department supporting various product line leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Human Resources Professional

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Pay range: $34.00 - $44.00 per hour

• Drive the HR people agenda within the organization aligned with business goals.

• Cultivate leadership development at all levels through coaching with managers and employees.

• Promote and champion diversity efforts in hiring, promotion, and people development.

• Advise on strategies and communications to build an environment that drives individual and team success.

• Lead and participate in HR project teams to drive standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development; Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of successful experience in human resources consultation.

• Proven success in influencing leadership and collaborating with stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
