Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a VOIP administrator to support a large government customer. This person will work with a team of network and VOIP admins to upgrade, maintain and troubleshoot VOIP infrastructure for a building that is being upgraded. This person will serve as an escalation point for VOIP related technical issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner

Skills and Requirements

Active Clearance

IAT II

4+ Years of VOIP administration and Troubleshooting

Familiarity with VOIP install and configuration for new devices

Willingness to obtain Cisco VOIP certifications within 30 days of hire null
