Florida Window & Door Field Service Technician in Fort Myers, Florida

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced window and door service technician who can independently troubleshoot service concerns and initiate repair. Likewise, this position offers the career path to become a Quality Control personnel for the territory. Those who apply should have exceptional in-home customer service skills and the ability to present the company well.

Service Technician Responsibilities

  • Perform initial inspection and repair any identified issues while on-site; or implement a solution plan if needed.

  • Assess and report any quality issues in reference to the installation process.

  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.

  • Check and update field automation systems and databases.

  • Adhere to company procedures and protocols.

  • Be a team player willing to help installation crews and warehouse as needed.

Requirements

  • MUST have Service Technician and/or installation experience with windows and doors.

  • Maintains the highest level of customer service and professional attitude.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Quality and precision focused.

  • Dependable and hardworking.

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
