First Horizon Bank Executive Administrative Assistant in Fort Myers, Florida

This Executive Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of basic, complex, and confidential administrative duties in support of our Market President.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares PowerPoints, agendas, handouts, documents, and any other needed material

  • Light Project Management

  • Performs general administrative functions in support of Executive and Senior Leadership including typing, copying, organizing, ordering, filing, etc.

  • Coordinates executives schedule and makes appointments

  • Arranges and coordinates travel and reservations

  • Schedules and prepares for meetings, programs, and events

  • Creates and maintains presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and other documents

  • Attends meetings and records notes as needed

  • Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when appropriate

  • Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents

  • Corresponds and coordinates with other departments and external entities as needed

  • Reviews and disseminates information received from other departments and external sources

  • Researches, compiles, and analyzes data for various projects

  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
