Apply Salary Range: $68,000.00 To $82,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities

Researches and analyzes legal sources such as statutes, case law, codes, and articles to prepare documents for review and use by General Counsel Prepares initial drafts of correspondence, forms, filings, and other documents, as requested by and under the supervision of General Counsel Monitors calendars and dockets deadlines, coordinates and schedules meetings Researches and prepares documentation for the maintenance of corporate record books and general corporate matters Assists with other compliance filings for the FCC, states, and grant programs Maintains department databases and files Responsible for clerical work in preparing and maintaining documents on occasion, attending meetings, taking notes, and reporting critical information to the General Counsel. Performs other tasks and projects, assigned as needed Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree, Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience in a field that develops the skills required for the functions and responsibilities of the position (prefer 3 or more years of experience in real estate, contracts and/or corporate law) High energy level with a professional demeanor Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong research and writing skills; grant-writing experience is helpful Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Detailed-oriented Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to pass all pre-employment checks, including substance screen, criminal background, and MVR Anticipated pay range is $68,000.00 to $82,000.0 annually. The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and industry experience.
