POSITION: Direct Care Provider

REQUIREMENTS: -At least 18 years of age -High School Diploma or equivalent -Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record -Background Check will be performed -Communicate in English for job duty and safety reasons

WAGE: starting at $17.00 - $20.32 per hour

DAYS AND HOURS: Full time approx 40 hrs/week with benefits. Night and Day shifts with both awake and sleep positions available. Mon - Sun 8 hr shifts.

DUTIES: - Will care for developmentally disabled adults in a residential setting - Will care for disabled adults with daily living activities, administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance - Will prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor - Will perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes or dishes, or running errands
