Job Description

A leading automotive company in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Business Coordinator. This role involves managing infrastructure challenges at the plant facilities during the many migrations they are undergoing: Windows 11, GreyPC and BluePC Migrations. There are over 15,000 machines that need to be updated across plant locations in US, Canada, and Mexico. Each plant location has its challenges and differences, so coordinating between each one is crucial to limit business disruptions. This coordinator will be assigned to a set number of plants and coordinate all 3 migration efforts with plant IT and supporting staff. The coordinator will have to be a strong problem solver and communicator.

Skills and Requirements

o Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Coordinator.

 o Proven experience in infrastructure management and experience overseeing complex technical migrations.

 o Drivers license since you will be driving to site for troubleshooting.

 o High school diploma or higher education.

 o Strong attention to detail as you will be scheduling

 o Strong task management and communication skills

Customer service experience and ability to problem solver Experience with Windows 11, BluePC or GreyPC null
